Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order or prior to shipment dispatch. If the order has not been dispatched, a 100% full refund will be issued.

We take immense pride in our 40+ years of gold-plating craftsmanship. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date under the following conditions:

• The item is received in a damaged, transit-broken, or wrong condition.
• The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original box packaging with all tags attached.
• An unboxing video is recommended for seamless damage claim verification.
