Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to R. Pukhraj & Co. / AuraGold. By visiting our store or making a payment via online payment gateways (including Razorpay), you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Description & Craftsmanship

Our jewellery features handcrafted 22K gold-plated finishes, Kundan, Polki, and designer fashion jewellery pieces. While we make every effort to display colors and dimensions accurately, actual product color shades or handmade details may vary slightly due to digital device screens and manual handwork uniqueness.

3. Pricing Transparency & Currency

All prices listed on the website are displayed transparently in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms & Razorpay Gateway

Online orders are processed securely through PCI-DSS certified payment aggregators such as Razorpay Payments Private Limited. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), NetBanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are confirmed upon payment approval or COD phone verification.

5. Order Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch. Eligible returns processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy will be credited back to the original source payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

All website content, logos, product designs, imagery, text, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of R. Pukhraj & Co. / AuraGold and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
