1. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE Insured Express Domestic Shipping on all orders across India. International courier rates are calculated transparently at checkout based on destination country and parcel weight.

2. Order Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver your gold-plated jewellery as safely and swiftly as possible:

Order Processing & Dispatch: All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our Mumbai workshop.
Domestic Delivery (India): Estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days for Metro cities and 5 to 10 business days for other regions across India (pan-India).
International Express Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 business days via DHL / FedEx Express.

3. Order Tracking & Parcel Insurance

Every shipment dispatched by R. Pukhraj & Co. / AuraGold is 100% insured against loss or damage in transit. As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an SMS and email containing your courier AWB tracking number and live tracking link.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, our customer experience team conducts a quick phone or OTP verification call prior to dispatch to ensure accurate address details.
